I've been cooking and baking for as long as I can remember, happily feeding anyone willing to eat what comes out of my kitchen. But bread has always held a special place in my heart. There's something about making bread that requires a kind of patience and care that can't be rushed.
My passion for cooking and baking comes from a simple idea: I want to know what's in the food I feed the people I love. So whenever I can make something from scratch, I do.
Because to me, food is love made visible.
Making something for someone is a way of saying, without words, you matter to me. That's the heart behind Bites with Brea. Every loaf, bake, and treat is made with that same care and attention to detail.
