Exceptions / non-returnable items/Refunds
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

We do not offer returns or refunds.  

All orders must be picked up within 24 hours of order completion, failure to do so will result in your items not being held.  You will not be issued a refund.  

By placing an order you accept that you are purchasing from a cottage bakery, that is not subject to Florida’s Food Safety Regulations prior to consumption.
